Ngijol Songolo

Ngijol developed his passion for scouting African talent as a player for Cameroon’s senior national team. He noticed the gap in critical scouting on the continent firsthand and created Diaspora Drop to address it.

Ngijol also works as a scout and writer for MADE Hoops. He has coached NCAA Division I and II basketball camps, consulted for agencies, and has held various roles in strategic marketing.
